Got this coming, I know in a video of yours 2 moths ago I said I had the xiaomi 14 ultra coming but it only lasted 2 weeks with me, I prefer origin os that I've been using on my vivo x90 pro plus, photos on my 90 are amazing so can't imagine what my 100 will be like, also the built in editing software is another level, I bought the 16/1tb for £1, 078

The tele camera is a bit disappointing coming from the great X100 Pro. Maybe the expectations were a bit high. But also Vivo set the bar high by announcing a DSLM with phone function.
I still don't agree with the software being number 2 (and for that matter OneUI being number 1).
There are some inconsistencies with animations as the native apps are so differently than all the other apps. Swipe gestures don't allow me to bring notifications or control center with swipes on the home screen (not from the edge but middle left or right). Thats a flaw that HyperOS, EMUI, ColorOS, MagicOS and so on don't have.
Regarding the chip. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is poorly optimized currently. The scores are not so important here but the heat and handling of heat. The Pro is better optimized for now.

I think most peoples expectations of this phone are over the top. After all, it is the Ultra. Maybe if Vivo had spent a little more time optimising the software etc. before releasing. Having said that, how great was the Vivo X100 Pro out of the box and did it get better after some updates. Most phones are not perfect out of the box and only get better after the software is better optimised. So only time will tell...

I've heard a lot of buzz around the Tecno Camon 30 Premier from the Global Tech community. They have a quad 50MP setup and have a dedicated Sony Imaging Chip. Its a midrange phone around £400-450. Do you think you could import this phone to the UK and maybe give it a review please? 👍

Just imported mine to Gtr Manchester, 30 minutes outside and the lenses have fogged up. Now my X90 Pro Plus never did this and in some extreme temperatures. I sent the X7 Find Ultra back for the same reason earlier this year. I swerved the Xiaomi because of the same issue. Have you had any issues?
