Japan is one of the best countries in the world to enjoy fresh and raw seafood. However, even for those with basic knowledge of Japanese seafood cuisine, there is one place in the country that offers a more sophisticated variety of such dishes. In this episode of Eat Drink Asia, Post reporter Lisa Cam visits Fukuoka prefecture on the island of Kyushu for a deep dive into local seafood culture. I regret not going to Fukuoka when I lived in Korea. It's one of the closest points between the 2 countries and has ferry service.
