I tried all of the videos of pressing buttons five times etc, to no avail. I DID finally realize that if I unplug the TV and wait a minimum of 10 seconds, when the TV was turned back on it would briefly say Not connected and then connect. Not a perfect answer but it works for me.

Both work great on Amazon & Youtube, but Netflix says no internet connection on either wire or wireless. No way to deactivate or replace the Netflix app on my Hisense TV. Rebooted router, modem, unplugged tv - still nothing. Again Amazon & Youtube apps work great, but no Netflix connection?

Turning off the tv worked for me. My issue was that I could not get access to the setting WiFi. Screen went green. Disconnected the tv for 2 minutes and it works now. Thanks
