This isn’t his whole argument. He later says, whenever he explains this, that the baby in the womb is of the same “kind” regardless of the stage of life/development, that he or she is a human at the point of conception. That human life inherently has value because he or she was created in the image of God.

This is sad, because this should never be debatable. If a woman is carrying a child and is un-alived; resulting in the same fate for the baby, it is considered murd3r of two and not just just one. make it make sense.

You can also read in a Torah. The spot where it says concerning a baby in the womb if a farm animal or a man injurine the mother and if that baby is born, we're missing an eye, she gets to go claim the eye of the man that own that farm animal or get that to her. So that is life, and it has rights per the torah
