Kamala Harris’ FULL historic speech at Democratic National Convention

Vice President Kamala Harris accepted the Democratic nomination for president Thursday, closing out Day 4 of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago.

During her speech, Harris laid out her plans if elected president and called for a "new way forward" for America, addressing policy topics ranging from reproductive rights to the economy to defense and more.
