Is there a way to have the survey place the survey answers into the Sharepoint list as 1 row each instead of 1 column for each question? I am try to do a survey where user selects a work category and then inputs hours worked for each.

what if more than one answer is correct in radio button how to give scores? suppose three answers are correct in six point radio button, any one will be selected and we have to award one point if option 1 or 2 or 3 is selected and if 4, 5, 6, is selected Zero i have tried all the possible combinations but failed kindly help please.... I am in urgent need
