I thought this video was going to go over all 12 of the IRS dirty dozen tax scams. It did not! But what I got instead was golden information about how to avoid getting in trouble with the bank when transferring title of a property into an LLC! Awesome!!

Isn’t it true though that if you have your home that you’re living in in an LLC you can no longer Homestead??

If I create an LLC and put it in a living trust, where I am the trustee, does that cause an opportunity to pierce the veil?

I have run into issues with Title when using Fannie Mae loans, they require it in personal name. It can be Quit Claimed back to an LLC later, but there is a due on sale clause which Ken addresses; never seen it exercised (I haven't either in 26 years ). My question is why a Wyoming LLC?

"It's not if, it's when a tenant sues....". Total BS. Talk to multiple people who have been in big time rental real estate for years. The tenant suits are for security deposits. And yes, it is easy tu "pierce the veil". Especially if the owners are not unrelated individuals.
