I have to disagree that Venom wins because Venom is basically a human with the symbiote, while Spider Man already has super strength, stamina and speed and all of that is enhanced with the symbiote, so Spider wins.

As a fan of Spider-Man, I’ll say that so far we haven’t been shown the true strength of Spider-Man in more than one game, and unfortunately they won’t, and because Spider-Man is so strong that many of his opponents can die from one of his blows, I can’t say anything about Venom, Peter does not want to harm the host of the symbiote, so he will not use all his power. Venom, in order to somehow cope with Peter, has to increase in size, and when the Symbiote is on Parker, he does not do this.
