Tips for cutting hair at home:

1.WHEN I SAY ALWAYS, I MEAN A L W A Y S WET YOUR HAIR BEFORE CUTTING. Cutting dry hair is definetely not recommended. BUT it doens't need to be dripping wet. My reccomendation: wet your hair, shampoo is not very important but you can do that if you want to. Then when your done put a towel around your hair. Wait like 3-5 minutes, and squeeze a littl3 bit if it's still dripping much.

2. Buy scissors SPECIFICALLY for cutting hair. The ranfom scissors you have lying around isn't good. It will damage your ends and make them look weird. Im not saying you need pro hairdresser scissors. But please use good ones.

3. If you're trying to use a youtube or tiktok hair tutorial then please don't just try it the second you see it. Look at the comments, if it's famous look at other people using that technique and make sure it's good for your hair texture and length.

4. Make sure you know you're on the level on cutting that hairstyle. If you're even SLIGHTLY confused on what's going on in the video, it might go horribly wrong.

i did this cut like one years ago. and still look beautifull on my hair. cause BUTTERFLY cut only for curly hair i think.
