I'm pretty confident in saying Makima wins. I do admit it is subjective though.

There really isn't anything Gojo can do to kill Makima. Hollow purple? As shown in the manga it is a VIRTAL technique, not an imaginary one. Hollow purple is pretty much just a highly destructive attack, it doesn't have any sort of conceptual erasure. It is also seen as an attack, something Makima's contract is specifically designed to stop from killing her. The fact that hollow purple can get stronger (200% hollow purple) kinda shows it isn't as powerful as it is made out to be. Honestly best to just see it as a highly destructive and powerful bomb. So hollow purple wouldn't kill her. However then people will say "Unlimited void" would. And although it MIGHT be possible, I honestly doubt it 1 second = 2.5 years of knowledge every second, which is a lot for a human, but for a devil that has possibly lived hundreds of years and is able to remember information and knowledge completely erased from existence kinda shows that trying to overwhelm her with information probably wouldn't work. However if we assume it does, Makima could also just have her contract with the prime minister would protect her, now if we assume all of unlimited void is considered ONE attack, then it would just be reflected onto a random Japanese citizen however if we assume every second in unlimited void is an attack it would take approximately 3.8 years for unlimited void to work on her. Now if we assume that Gojo is a Japanese citizen (that most do) then he would die before the contract runs out and kills Makima. Meaning Gojo's only possible win con could end up killing himself in the process.

As for Makima's win cons it really depends on what you give her. If you give her access to the all the devils in public safety she would have access to devils like Mold devil, Blood devil, Punishment devil, Angel Devil, Spider Devil, Future Devil, Hell Devil and many more we don't know about as of now. The Mold devil would be capable of harming Gojo via placing mold in Gojo's heart, brain, intestines and lungs. They also will not disappear when Gojo uses his RCT, so he would be constantly fighting with severe internal bleeding. The blood devil could out right kill Gojo by turning all of Gojo's red blood cells into weapons, impaling him from the inside out, possibly killing him if they puncture his brain. We are unaware of the punishment devils abilities so we cannot determine if it would be affective against Gojo. The Angel devil depending on how its abilities are interpreted, could bypass infinity like the inverted spear of heaven as it possesses special properties such as harming intangible beings like Ghosts for example. However if you don't think this would work that's fair. The Spider Devil would be incapable of harming Gojo, however it could be useful for teleporting Makima or other devils in or out the fight as it is capable of teleporting people. The future devil could be useful for giving Makima precognition. The Future Devil can be used to see seconds to months or even years in the future so it would definitely be useful here. The Hell Devil could simply send Gojo to hell, this would likely kill him as it would force Gojo into a fight with the primordial fear devils or even the death devil. Which are likely too much for him, even if we assume he somehow wins, he would still die eventually old age or something leading to Makima winning.

Even then, Makima's many different telekinetic abilities would likely work against or even kill Gojo. A single stare from Makima was capable of making a man internally bleed to death. A point was capable of mortally wounding the darkness devil, and her bang which is capable of ripping hole's through people or sending powerful devils like Pochita to space with a 3 bangs.

I personally don't like the idea of Makima's dominance ability working but it isn't a impossibility as she does see all humans as inferior to her, which Gojo is.

Interms of feats and stuff. Makima should be city-mountain level since she should scale above a 100% Gun Devil and a hypothetical nuclear devil, as she was capable of fighting and even beating Pochita twice and capable of greatly harming the darkness devil which is a transcendent devil that is far above devils like the gun devil. Although Pochita was nerfed. Who had soundly defeated and erased the Nuclear Weapons devil. And when it comes to speed Makima casually reacted to the 20% gun devils bullets that travelled 500KM in 1 second with his mach 1450~. She should also scale above the 100% Gun devil which would be 5x stronger and faster. Which is mach 7250 making Makima relativistic. If we really wanna high ball CSM you could make the top tiers (Primordial fears, Horsewomen and the hero of hell) all continental-planetary or even 5D. As the falling devil was capable of casually manipulating the planet's gravity with her sheer presence which is scaled at multi continental and devils like Nayuta are hinted with the capability of one day "destroying the world" However if you really really wanna high ball CSM as high as you possibly can. You could make the high tiers of CSM 5D via scaling the primordial fears above devils like infinity/eternity which are 4D in concept and the high tier devils scale above this, with all primordial fears being described as "Transcendent" However I personally believe that this isn't the case and the strongest characters in CSM are only mountain-continental until proven otherwise.

To conclude, people tend to REALLY down play Makima which honestly sucks, which is why I'm giving an explanation for HOW and WHY she could win against Gojo. With how subjective this battle is due to the ambiguity of Makima is there isn't truly any right or wrong answers when it comes to this debate.
