It’s the s.a.i.d principle or the specific principle. If you want to be better at dribbling, you have to working on your dribbling. Speed and Power are things that come after. Did i say it right, coach?

I've been thinking that if I buy a program with all the training programs that lasts 18 weeks, does the program end after 18 weeks? Can the program be played over and over again or does it stay there? if I buy the program, will it be updated somehow?
