The stop motion is seriously amazing! Honestly, I fell in love with my country (Dominican Republic) after I left. I moved to the US last year and every time I visit the DR, I discover how amazing and beautiful it is even if I spent 20 years of my life living there. I guess you kinda do that with people sometimes. You take them for granted when you have them, but when it's over, you miss them so much and realize how great they actually were.

How can you not love a place like London? It's impossible, I think.
For me it was the same as you. It just happened. Came here for tourism 4 years ago, fall in love with the city and 2 years ago I came back for live here, have my own business, channel and blog about the city. Every day I fell in love with a new part of it. <3
Thank you London for being this little wonderful piece of land in the globe.

I live in Nairobi, Kenya. The only city i've lived in, the only city i've called home. But who knows what the future holds for me.
Great video Marie

I'm from the westernmost part of Germany and fell in love with Stockholm a few years ago. Even though I have been to a lot of European cities and discovered Stockholm by accident (maybe one can even call it fate), I suddenly felt a sense of belonging that I have never felt before. The city and its light, people and culture changed me and decided my future, so now everything I wish for is to move there to study at uni.
Thank you for your beautiful video! You put into words, what I was still struggling to describe! Please keep up your amazing work here, at NAC and on your own channel.

I live in Spain and since I travel away every summer I've started to appreciate my country each time more. On the other hand, last summer I spent a whole month living in London and, even though I know it is not such a long period, I can't stop thinking about that amazing city almost everyday since I came back. I really feel as if I had fallen in love with it!

Leaving home can be scary and difficult, but once you find that new place that makes you feel like you are at home again, everything changes.
What were some "home-moving" journeys YOU guys have been on?

I will have lived in 4 different cities in 3 different countries by the time I graduated. All those places are my home, because of the memories I have and the stories I share with loved ones

Beautiful video Marie! My story of falling in love with London is similar to yours. I'm currently in the US (like you are!) and missing London a lot!

When I first came to the USA I realized it is the love of my life. And even though I am so far right now and can't see my way to it I know for sure I'm going to make it one day.

I was 11 years old when my family and I first started moving around. First it was Trinidad, then back to the United States. Then Nepal, Nigeria, and now I'm back in the States one more time for University. Moving homes was exactly how you explained it to be. You fall in and out of love with the places you're living. Home is where the heart is, and you leave small pieces of yourself with a place when you eventually leave, but it will always be a part of you. Like an ex - something you'll always remember; something you learned from. Like you, I'm also young and eager to keep moving. I want to move to Peru, and then to The Netherlands for University. I love the feeling of uncertainty and I'm obsessed with falling head over heels in love with a place, one after another. Who needs boys when you have countries, right?

Thanks for your video. It hits HOME with me really hard <3

You put into words exactly what I've been trying to explain to friends and family. I moved to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia a year ago from the USA. I fell in love with the place slowly then all at once.

Over the last 20 years I have moved 33 times. I am currently in the smallest home of all, but feel the most peace, love, and joy yet. Your video stirred up strong emotions of gratitude and such contentment for the place I now call home! Thank you!

Beautiful... Hi, I hope the person who made this video will see this. I've been living in London since September 2015. It's been less than a year. I've always wanted to live in London, I've always dreamed of being here. Finally, here I am, and I couldn't be happier. Legitimately, London is such a beautiful, wonderful, inspiring place, that's so full of life and so many different things, I just cannot get enough of it. I barely know it, and I've walked around for literal hours. When the city's heart beats, my heart is beating with it and it's the most beautiful and comfortable thing I've ever experienced.

I am in love with this video! Falling in love with a city is exactly how you described. I have lived in Los Angeles all my life, and at times, I feel bored and almost annoyed with the city. It wasn't until I was a junior in high school, that I went to Washington DC for a few days and fell in love with the city. From the museums, to the people, to the different energy around every corner; I had a hopeless crush on the city. Hopefully I can visit the city again and study abroad (lol not the most abroad place, but still a couple of hours away from home) there. Thank you so much for this video Marie, you never fail to make me feel inspired and eager to create! (:

This is a topic that I have been constantly thinking about for so long. For the longest, my current home Minnesota has been feeling like a place that was just too bland for me, too boring, too uninspiring. I've put so much thought into possible other places, just to get out of here. Not too long ago I took a trip to Miami, Florida with a friend and it felt AMAZING!! The weather, the beaches, the Key Islands, the culture, the trees, the diversity of people it just felt great and also felt like what I have always been looking for. It was my first time seeing an Ocean and it was so surreal that it never really sunk in. I even told myself after a year I would actually move there. When I came back a part of me felt like I left my home behind in Florida, though I was only been there for 5 days.

But sometimes I wonder if it was Florida or just the prospect of traveling that got me. Idk but it was great and I most definitely want to do it again

I used to beg and plead to leave my home. I live in a small town in North America, NY. I found NYC and claimed I wanted to be there but never made it. I finally went just an hour away from my home in the Capital of NY to study. I thought I would easily fit in but never really found the urge to explore. Eventually, I started to fall back in love with my home; the open fields, the changing of the seasons, the quietness and stillness, and the simplicity. Now as I'm growing older I still feel more attracted to my home but I also feel as though I am being drawn to the South of America right now. I don't know where but hopefully soon I will know.

Home is indeed where the heart is though surroundings make the heart sing! I seem to move on after settling for seven to ten years. This year I decided to revisit places I have not been in a while and a few that are new, feeling it out to see if my roots need to relocate. London is on my list and I will be there soon. I love the style of the videos you are all posting.
Thanks for this~Ambika

Amazing video Marie, it was gorgeous.
I´m living in Bogotá, Colombia since my first day alive. I love this city. I know that this city hasn´t the best conveyance or isn´t the most tidy city, but when you love something you value even the bad things. I love the way this city is bordered by mountains, I love the old city (It´s called "La Candelaria"), i love the way you can see the city Since Monserrate, a Temple in the top of a mountain, I love how the city is growing and how the culture is so important for it and its citizens.
But my heart is divided, I love Bogotá, but also i´m in love with Amsterdam, I couldn´t go there, but since I learned about that city I´m in love. Everyday I´m more in love because of the culture, its museums, its people, its canals, and everything.
My heart is made by Cannals that, are the same time, are bordered by beautiful mountains.
