Can you just use yellow mustard and no Dijon mustard?

I add chili and paprika because i like o'Charlie's honey mustard and its not available everywhere

replace yuky mayo with sour cream or some sort of creamy yogurt... same effect... i just hate mayo. I also use fresh ground pepper and a few drops of vinegar... depends on each tastes.

You are never and I repeat NEVER going to find tasty honey mustard at any store like the ones at restaurants give you in a bowl I always ask them for a big bowl of honey mustard
