Here we can see a player that perfectly knows his champion's limits and how to outplay the enemy. The minion wave wasn't big, but it was in the right position and the deciding play was clear to the person in question. However, we can see that Tyler has 27ms which means that his right click is registered quickly which meant that Orianna never stood a chance

W is on cooldown, doesn't reset Q on the minion, R's Orianna, starts attacking her under her turret with 3 stacks only, Orianna Flashes out of his E, the starts Q'ing every minion and eventually flashing into Orianna to Q her and kill her, all while taking 6 turret shots and only won because her Q cooldown is disgustingly low

Had a guy once in mid, killed him a couple of times and I let him walk away without killing him, he immidietly said "tryhard" for letting him live.

just give Q a short internal cooldown, at least when dashing to minions, i dont get why its instantly reset allowing u to clear a full minion wave for half of your hp.
