Chicken oven with Chimichurri sauce
Ingredients: Chicken
New potatoes
Sweet potato
Shallot 3-4
For marinade:
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt, pepper
Olive oil 60 ml
Paprika 1 tsp.
Fresh thyme 1 tsp.
Honey 1 tbsp.
For Chimichurri sauce:
Fresh parsley 1 bunch
Cilantro 1 bunch
Garlic 2 cloves
Shallot 1 piece
Wine vinegar 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 100 ml
Dried oregano 1 tsp.
Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Ground red pepper to taste
Preparation:
Preparation of sauce. Wash greens and chop finely. Peel and chop garlic and onion. Separately combine liquid ingredients, then add greens and vegetables. Add oregano and other spices and mix thoroughly. Sauce is ready, let it brew. Preparation of marinade. Chop garlic and combine with remaining ingredients. Cut vegetables into large pieces. Grease vegetables and chicken with marinade. Bake in oven until golden brown. Serve with chimichurri sauce!
