I agree with the top four but Brea is way down the list because it’s near Yorba Linda, which is nice! But there’s no way Brea is less expensive than Westminster! You gotta get things right if you want to be credible! Overall, OC isn’t what it used to be. Not even Newport or South County. OC started going downhill in the late 90’s 😡

My wife is 1st gen Vietnamese But our total income (I am on retirement income now) is a scant $72k/ yr. Close to ave income for USA Being Viet she would be most happy in GG, Westminister. I like West of 405 and South of 91 (Avoid LB area due 2 crime) as it stays cooler in Summer. Only way to buy home would be to share with other couple. I did that in my youth (3+2 guest house pool in SFV). The problem was she joined Scientology and gave her share to them who forced me to sell in 3months!!! I would need a smart RE Attorney to make sure that or something just as bad didn’t occur again.
