Your healing bedtime stories are my favorites. I used to listen to an old cassette series of guided healing meditations that leaned on the shamanic side. I wore those tapes out. They were magical and included a journey to a cave or mountaintop to meet "helping spirits" - power animals, ancient ones. They helped me through some very difficult situations. Your healing stories remind me of those meditations and so very grateful I found your channel this year. Saved this one to my playlist and looking forward to going into a deep, healing space.
