A simple method to overcome old applications that are not DPI aware.

DPI, or dots per inch, refers to the pixel density of a screen, indicating how many pixels are present in one inch of the display.
A higher DPI means a crisper and clearer image, as more pixels are packed into each inch,
making details more defined.

PS: System enhanced in the DPI settings doesn't necessary grantee perfect UI scaling,
for instance, by using "system" instead of "System Enhanced" that will improve 3ds Max 2015 UI on high DPI settings.
PS: There are other methods that involve reducing the screen resolution which I don't recommend.

Enjoy!
