How to make Khinkali ( ხინკალი ) the most delicious dumpling you'll ever make. I was taught how to make them in Georgia (Sakartvelo) and it takes time to get the folding right (I still haven't mastered it). Making Khinkali is a team sport, so grab your family and make everyone help. Khinkali dough made using a mixer and also the traditional method.

The best part is eating them, grabbing them by the knob and slurping out the juices before enjoying them, just don't eat the dough knobs (they're for counting how many you ate)!

I have made Georgian khinkali for 9 years and I know its consistency very well.

If you want to fry them, I recommend tossing the boiled ones in a bowl with oil (I used avocado) then place them in an air fryer for a few minutes, they turned out great for me.
