Love teh way Padoan absolutely refuses to answer the question (why the 1:15 public:private sector investment plan) and instead serves out the same old neo-conservative stuff (we need lower payroll taxes and more insecurity for workers, a.k.a. "eliminate barriers to employment") and the like. Pathetic.
