This Cat Has Predicted Over 100 Deaths Accurately

Have you ever seen this cat? He seems to be everywhere, even though he has a different colour from this show to this show, what all of them have in common is they all share this one unique talent: predicting deaths.

Apparently, this cat is inspired by a real-life cat named Oscar. He gained notoriety through a 2007 publication in the New England Journal of Medicine, authored by a doctor who works at the Steere House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Providence, Rhode Island where they specialise caring for elderly patients with dementia.

In this video, I'll delve into some of the cases mentioned in Dr. Dosa's book, piecing together the stories of this mysterious cat and try to make sense of how he does it. The stories shared will be from the perspective of Dr. Dosa himself, a geriatrician at the nursing home.

So I know there is no real (known) reason but I feel like I have a decent guess.
Some veterinarian type people had, for some reason, tried to hide the fact that every single housecat had ancestors link back to pretty much every other cat on earth. Say your cat, my cat, even tigers and lions, maybe even cheetahs.
Some creatures like lions or tigers have a survival instinct type thing to where they can sense something/someone is about to die. This is so that when they do die, it can eat its body and survive. Kill or be killed I guess.
It is also kind of known that most cats *will* eat your body once you die, like tigers and lions did. This could mean that the cats instinct type thing kicked in and waited until they died so they could eat their body, but couldn't for obvious reasons. I also believe that the comforting thing is just because some cats, like dogs, can hear/see/sense your sadness and try to make you feel better.
I don't know though, I'm not a cat inspector.
