How to start using dedicated GPU in hp victus

Bro same problem occurs in my hp victus laptop and showing it same not working of gpu is only working for limited apps and it suddenly offs ! But problem is that, that my laptop has AMD gpu or it is a amd variant so i am in big problem bro, can you make the same video for amd gpu variant or tell me ho to chabge the settings like default ?

it is inactive because normal tasks on laptop which doesnt require much specs runs on intel UHD and for the high intensive tasks it uses the dedicated gpu
it is better to keep this on auto

My brother, I am facing a problem with this device.
When I enter the game, the gpu reads 50 watts, but after two minutes it drops to 30 watts and settles at 30 watts.
This is something that makes me lose 10% of the performance. What is the solution to that, and does the same thing happen to you?
