Fabulous as always. FYI, in India, English cucumbers are also called Chinese cucumbers. Our 'regular' soya sauce is dark soya sauce. It is very very rare to find light soya sauce in India. I am a huge fan of you and Dude. Thank you for your wonderful recipes and your warmth.

After watching your lovely channel I bought a butane burner similar to yours and a dozen or so cans of fuel as emergency supplies. In the aftermath of Helene I loaned it to my daughter and shared fuel with another person.

One of the problems we home cooks have is that recipes have ingredients we don't commonly use. The soybean paste is an example. How long will it last after opening? Is there a way to keep it that extends it's life? Thanks!

Nice recipe...I prefer ground pork over beef....That garlic looks the way garlic should look . I have planted mine for next year
