Timemore Chestnut Nano Hand Grinder Review Part 1 (With Grind Size Comparison)

Hand grinder I have been using for quite some time.

Overall, it is a very capable, consistent hand grinder, serving from french press coarse to espresso fine, well built and portable. However, the misalignment problem kinda disappoints me. Though luckily, it only affects the espresso coffee grind size range (may problem of my copy?).

I have a Timemore Slim grinder in the same colour. I purchased it from Jaffee Coffee Store on AliExpress and everything seems authentic (it also grinds beautifully) but I've seen no indication from Timemore that they ever manufactured the grinder in this colour and finish. Also, I'm located in Canada and none of the North American retailers who carry Timemore products have ever carried this colour. Do you have any insight into why this might be? It looks and feels great.

What would you prefer Timemore Nano/Nano plus vs 1Zpresso Jx for V60 grind size? Which one is more consistent and less fine dust?

Checked mine too for alignment issues, and I fear you're having bad luck there, mine has a tiny, tiny bit of wobble, but at eight clicks it rotates flawlessly and with even less it seems to too. Any luck with the warranty by the way?
