normally when I do a slickback, i brush the back/bottom pieces of hair first so they are TIGHTTT and then I keep them in place. Once I finish brushing the rest of my hair back I do that one more time, and then I tie it all back + gel or hairspray. Amazing video btw!!!!

Just a tip and maybe i’m wrong but i heard a girl say to not brush or use that scalp massager after putting out in because your hair is so fragile when you have oil in. Only do it BEFORE oiling!

For your baby hairs when you do your slip back bun I just use gel and I like put a lot of gel and I just rub it and make sure the baby hairs are left behind. I do that especially with cheer there are no flyaways.
