don't wear foam runners without socks... it will chaffe right under the malleoli (the knob on each side of your ankles).

Tip: if they’re a smidge too small or big. pop them in a pillowcase with a damp towel and put that in a dryer for about 4-6mins. the runner will soften and shrink(see below)

if you want them to be bigger, put 2-3pairs of socks on and when you take the runners out the dryer put them on and let them cool off on your feet.

if you want them smaller try them on after being in the dryer, see if they fit better straight out the dryer.

tip: depending on how your foot is formed will depend if you can wear them without socks. Personally i get horrible blisters when i tried to.

TIP: you will have to break them in. you WILL get blisters if you don't wear thick socks or a bandaid covering the spot where there's most friction. once you break them in, you can wear them normally and even without socks! but that's usually at home
