I know this feeeling, I've been taking monthly breaks from my 3d artist work, and after these breaks my works gained even more quality - that's what my chief said before. So I believe it's a natural course of workflow in our professions. Hope you're doing well and have a nice day!

I do have a few suggestions on what you could do! Try a few things with the portal soundtracks! I myself am very intrigued by how it works in the game itself and how the design and leimotif that there are in the portal 2 ost!

I understand. I have been trying to make myself do some new things during this summer before I go into my university. It's hard for me since it's now summer vacation, and all I'm feeling is lazy.😅 I even need to learn how to speak Japanese before I go to Japan. But I'm doing my best to build myself back up. So Silent Dream, like you said, we reach a certain breaking point in our lives. But we keep going if we know what we want to do in our lives. So good luck with your work and in your schedules.

What I can say is, your health and mental well being comes first.

I wish you a wonderful week too, I agree creative burnout is tough, you are not obligated to give any of us content, I know the algorithm is a bit meh when it comes to less uploads but your mind is more important than YT.
And coming from me personally I really appreciate you uploading at all, you let me use some of your music in my mod projects which are some of the biggest for games like Sonic Unleashed and Generations, not only do I appreciate that but everyone whos played the mod loves the music too.
You do more than we could ask for so take however much time you need and moving away from Sonic is interesting, if I could suggest anything I would suggest Terraria boss themes or something lol. Anyway I can't wait to see what's next when the times right!
