Most people ignored this but Piyush rightly pointed out why he was out. Despite making 15 crore net profit these guys were paying barely 8 lakhs for 32 people. That's 25k per month. This shows poor organization work culture and why this business will eventually die out. This entrepreneur simply did not have the capacity to share wealth - hence why nobody wants to join.
