2022 KTM 890 Duke R - Cold Start Strange Sound (Possible fuel pump issue?)

New bike (less than 500 miles) and I only hear this mechanical whine when I first turn on the ignition in cold start conditions. Once the bike is at normal operating temperature, the whine is no longer heard when cycling the ignition on/off. Is this a normal sound for these bikes? Bike is stock and has done this since day one.
