AI & Vision-Driven Depalletizing for Mixed & Rainbow Pallets

To address non-uniform palletizing applications such as mixed or rainbow pallets with boxes that vary widely in shape, size, color, reflection, and sealing type, Pearson Packaging Systems has partnered with vision software company Plus One Robotics to integrate their AI-Powered Vision System, PickOne, and Remote Human Supervision Tool, Yonder, to efficiently unstack mixed SKU pallets and handle exceptions such as new cases or highly-reflective products.
