The truth is a lot of people don't want to go back to work in Minneapolis, they're frightened to be car jacked, shot, robbed or assaulted. I drive down Cedar ave., we call it the avenue of tears. Every block has a memorial to someone that died in a violent way. Also there's a smashed park car somewhere on Cedar everyday. I always slow down at green lights, because the red light runners are out of control. Everyday there's at least 4 red light runners in front of me, on Cedar alone.
It's so bad... Mad Max won't visit Minneapolis!
