I just play the sequence and tap M to the beat, either with the music clip selected to add markers to the clip or nothing selected to add them to the sequence.

Hold Ctrl+Shift

Press K along with the beat.

great video, is there any way to make these markers automatically using Audition . i know there are some plugins but Audition should have something or not ?!

Wait, I feel like I missed a step, and I have watched this like 3x's. Did he use the saved Audition file in Premiere? And the marker showed up on the Audition file in Premiere?
