Brad: METHADONE is from the Propylamine on the morphine "molecule ". Its a pathway connecting the benzene to the Nitrogen atom. Most fully synthetic opioids come from a function on the morphine molecule. Fentanyl & Demerol come from the Piperidine ring, a halo above the morphine structure.

I’m tired of having to drive 30 miles to get this just so I don’t od for a third time the other 2 times I quit breathing. I now have to work how am I going to get my methadone dose ? Why can’t the just prescribe a monthly dose a day script .it’s going to be real hard to get in to get my dose coming up . And if they are serious about keeping people alive the need to make methadone easier to get

Thank god that the UK provides free treatment of methadone and from your local pharmacy. The USA makes it super difficult for addicts to try become stable and detox.

6 days a week?? Why not 7? Ive been on methadone for almost a decade and i need it every damn day!!!

They should change it to 2 to 3 days at a time in the initial stages
