I am SO HAPPY that I discovered your Video! This Company bought me my Oxygen Machine and told me what I already knew how to put on the Nose Hose. How to turn it off and on and that was it! They did NOT tell me that I needed to wash those FILTER'S ONCE A WEEK! I've had my machine since OCTOBER, 2018 and its the 1st TIME my FILTERS are being cleanse! Now I know to do so ONCE A WEEK! THANK YOU!

I do have a question... My mother needs Oxygen at night when she sleeps so she received a rental machine like this through her insurance provider. Long story short, the machine they sent has a weird odor to it when she turns it on. It comes through the tubing and from the machine. There are no indicator lights on except for the green light. Do you think that the smell is from a previous owner’s home or is something wrong with the machine?

I have an airsep concentrator I purchased new in 2003 and it has low hours only 2300 as I use it on an as needed basis. It has an oxygen purity indicator built in and I have noticed if it's turned to 4.5-5 that indicator lights up (this is a 6 liter unit). This has always been in a clean nonsmoking environment. With such low hours, what could be going on to cause the low oxygen purity? Thanks for this video I hope to see more like it!

My machine sounds quieter and seems to work fine, but it has a puffing noise every 6 seconds or so that I don't hear on the machine in this video. Is this normal? No alarms are going off. 
Also, it is missing its outside filter. Can I use anything else temporarily? It's working fine without it (with puffing sound), but I'm worried it will damage the motor. Also I hav eno idea how to attach the bottle, tried but the tube wouldn't stay on, even though I tried to screw the green wheel lid down on it.

Can you please tell us the actual decibel reading for this? They are advertising this machine and saying 43 dbs but clearly even from your video it sounds more like 50. Can you test it and tell us what it actually is?

When using the nebulizer is connected. (tube with mask connected) I have to crank it up to full blast 4.5 to 5liter flow to get mist from nebulizer. Is that normal ?

My girlfriend has this model. I have been unable to find any information about adjusting the volume of the alarm. The oxygen supply service is telling me they can't help and not to play with it or void warranty. I would think other people using it must have complained about the 3 second 125 decibel beep every time you turn the thing on! I thought I would look to youtube as the manufacturer and my local service supplier have been no help at all. I thought it would be the most common complaint. I can't imagine being the only one with the issue or is it possible that she just has the concentrator from Hell? Did I do something so terrible in my life to deserve this? Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
