I live in Thailand. Iced coffee is way to go for me too. When you make iced coffee, I suggest you put the ice in an empty glass first, then pour the coffee on it. It tastes way better like this.

Wow, you have such a clear skin, it's hard to believe you suffered from acne. "It looks awful but healthy" yogurt and chia doesn't really look appetizing but it sure is healthy

I also get up early in the morning and take time for my own hobbies ( playing guitar, piano, doing exercise etc.). And I do all these activities by setting an alarm. In this way, I can work more efficiently and concentratedly for the rest of the day.

Fex, Today you have prepared about morning routine 🤠 and can i ask... could you do a video about reading lots of books, how to concentrate when you r reading, and how can we avoid the feeling of switching to holding the phone after reading for half an hour while reading a book😪 i literally do that, i mean i cannot read constantly at least 2 hours 😶 i know there are lots of videos, but honestly yours are being so helpful to me...

Yo Ruri... Ohayo gozaimasu... First thing, I loved the background music which u put for this video. I mean so soothing and relaxing, like waking up in paradise.
And girl how many ice cubes did you add in ur ice coffee.. Hmm.. Maybe chill people need chilled coffee.
Anyways loved your ideas about yoga and exercise and I'll try to do the same for myself.

I'm no daywalker. I'm a night owl by nature and an afternoon worker so breakfast for me is after noon and just coffee. I'll eat lunch at work and something when I get home. Then I'm up all night.

When I used to cycle a lot, I used to chug a chia seed concoction with some citrus flavoring (mostly lime). It wasn't a sipping drink because chia seeds can get a bit slimy and weird once they've absorbed a lot of water.

In Iran We eat different ways for breakfast, Bread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, vegetables, tea, milk, walnuts, butter, eggs, jam, and Breakfast cream .
