Getting a Red Maple on the Ground! #treework

This was after all the lower limbs and tall leads starting from the base were removed. We used a 2:1 to assist pulling it, just because it pulls slower and you have more mechanical advantage. Great option when you actually are wanting more pulling power too, although this tree could have probably been felled with just wedges; I was already up there from removing half the canopy 😃
