Speaking as one who really does not like being ‘on the podium’ I have to say how thankful I am for those that do! I really like your new format and it seems like a good way for you to carry on with your Flosstube videos even with your new busier life. I’m so glad that you’re still going to be with us on a regular basis!!

Love your hair, Caroline!! And those flosses - WOW!!! Poor Luna, good thing she had to go to the vet for routine shots, eh? Oh, and I’m sure the majority of your viewers are happy with whatever format you’re able to provide. Hugs!

I have thoroughly enjoyed every shade of Leo & Roxy floss you’ve shared with us, but Vixen is to die for! 💝

Hi Caroline. Love the hair! Also, I totally get what you mean about the podium. I went to graduate school to get a PhD in Medieval Studies and knew I'd have to teach, but thought it would be the thing I "had" to do because I loved research and wanted to publish. But then I decided that publishing was too competitive for me, and that, surprise surprise, I LOVE teaching! It seeps into all parts of my life...even when I watch flosstubes I think "what can I use from this in class"? To me teaching is about making connections with students and sharing my love of history and all things medieval with them, which is what I think good flosstubers (such as yourself) does: make connections and share what you love. Good luck on the move to the shop!

I'm an American but I LOVE those Canadian bags, beautiful! The Vixen is so stunning & I love the deep red white & blue flosses. Those would stitch up a gorgeous patriotic piece. Love your curly hair! Poor Luna, I am sorry to hear she is having to deal with another issue.

Caroline, I so enjoy tuning into your video especially during this COVID. You cannot hear me talking to you but I so enjoy listening to you. Your hair is beautiful. Luna I know about the COVID 5 or 10.

Oh I love this Caroline. These little snippets are so much better than not seeing you. Hopefully it’s efficient for you...
Thanks for always looking for ways for us to visit, meanwhile hope that the big move goes well.
Poor Luna, I know what you mean about Luna, our golden is a tough girl and never complains either, so thank goodness for vet visits.
Cheers for now

What a great explanation of floss threads and their direction. Definitely worth the price if admission. Not an easy thing to explain. Thank you for passing along your knowledge on this!

Love your new video format. Poor Luna and her tooth. I have a Boston Terrier and the bully in her gives her high pain tolerance too. Love your hair. Love the new floss colors. Have a great week! 💖

Bahahaha I love that. And I love your “waffling, ” it makes me feel like we are chatting across a cups.

One more tip to avoid fraying on your floss - use a slightly larger needle. Here is why - the larger eye of the needle moves the threads of the fabric out of the way so that your floss does not rub as much as you pull it through the fabric

Oh, Caroline. Do not stress yourself out. When you record we will be here to watch. There are no other floss tubers that I watch who record every day. Ginger Gerald has been doing them daily lately but I doubt he can keep up that pace. Speaking strictly for myself, I love the daily chats as a diversion from my pandemic life. I look forward to the day when I will be busy again and won’t have time for too much floss tube. Does that sound terrible? Hope not! Do your thing. We are rooted for your success in your new venture. We will be here and there to support you. No worries from here in New Jersey.

Loved the video. Snippets are fun to watch as well. Feels like we are sharing your whole day. Thanks so much for the explanation for using silk floss. I haven't made the plunge yet but getting very close. My husband came in the room as you were showing the new floss. His comment was "Oh oh. I think I see some new purchases coming our way." Yup the man is very smart!!

Friend, let me tell you something! You take that podium and own it! Sometimes people have nothing better to do that be cruel, instead of scrolling on or going to the next video. Shame on them. Just so you know....I'll watch in the car, in the studio, in the car, at the vet....just keep putting out your videos! :) I love your sweet fur baby! We have a chiweenie that takes allergy meds year round, and our vet has said that keeping their teeth cleaned will lengthen their life span. I'm all for that!! I like any format that you chose to use, but I will say that the in and out frames work well. Those colors are gorgeous!!
