i tried doing the first option, however, i am a microsoft bing user, so i went to settings --> privacy, search and services --> Manage and delete cookies and site data --> roblox ---> delete all.

however, when i went to the roblox site, it logged me out and i tried logging in again, i went through the normal stuff, tried 2fa but roblox has not sent me the 2fa code even though i tried from another device, checking junk mail and resending the code.
Do you know what i should do?

I am having this same issue and nothing is working, not even running Roblox as an administrator and so on...
It seems like the problem is in Roblox itself, caused by the latest update, and we can only hope they fix it, because I am not playing this game before I can hop in a game through the Roblox web.
