How To Replace Erg Chain and Sprocket on Concept 2 Model C/D/E

This video shows how to remove and replace the chain and sprocket on the Concept 2 indoor rower, models C,D, and E. Keep in mind if you should always replace the sprocket on the erg at the same time you are replacing the chain, since they wear together and if one needs replacing the other likely does as well.

You had to of locked the axle down so it didn't spin, how did you do that?

You made it look easy to get the axle out but how do you break that nut free? The axle just spins when I cranky on it

The god damn nut holding the axle just keeps turning the axle. How in the hell do you brace it?

how do you remove the sprocket when its stuck on there. obviously you took apart the erg previously to the video since it's not that easy to remove
