Siddaramaiah's Plea In High Court After Governor's Prosecution Nod In Muda Case | India Today News

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday accused the Centre of using Raj Bhavan for politics after the Governor granted permission to sanction him in the alleged scam on the allocation of land by the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA). The chief minister filed a plea in the Karnataka High Court against over Governor Thaawar Chand Gehlot's prosecution nod in MUDA scam.

In his first reaction to the development, Siddaramaiah alleged it was a conspiracy by the Opposition to topple his elected government. He said Congress was standing by his side.
