I did all this but then couldn't sign in to the Oculus PC app to access my rift content 😬... A few hours later though the Oculus PC app had changed and I could login with my new Meta account. Phew!😀

Question, I setup a Meta account while using my Oculus Rift on my PC. Now when I try to use my Quest 2, it wants me to create a new Meta account. Is there a way to log into the Meta account I already created on my Quest 2. I'm now unable to use my Quest 2.

the problem is i cant even log in via fb on meta so i can access my account. im using my facebook account just fine on other things it only that meta site that doesnt want to log in my account, even using the oculus/meta app womt let me log in

Yeah, I tried that but there is one problem. If you bought the apps with an email and then later changed your FB email after merging then you must jump through hoops and add the old email back. Then you can proceed with the nonsense.
