Evan got a 16+ lego set even though he was 10, but I am going to get this set on my 16th birthday in 2026.

Excellent review...thanks for the thorough information...and especially that a clever 10-year old can put together in three days and enjoy this set without being 16+ as the box suggested for the age. Thanks for the advice about buying it soon since it won't be available much longer at this price. Should we call you, "Professor Lego" or "Dr. Lego" since you are an expert?

Evan you're so amazing and you're only 10. It's by far the largest we've seen you put together (10, 000 pieces +). Did this take 3 days total? I love, love all the little details of this whole set and how you explain these details. That one thing toward the end is an awning. GREAT JOB EVAN!!!! Where are you going to put it?
