@1:00 Desktops are NOT dead. Not even close to dead. My desktop is my main PC, I only ever use my laptop when I am going somewhere where it's either A: To dangerous to bring my desktop or B: Is too inconvenient. Laptops, Netbooks, Ultrabooks, and tables just don't have the horsepower that a lot of people demand.

I agree with you, They are NOT dead... However they are also not going to be needed by the masses like they used to be.

However PC's are going to be like Trucks ( I believe Steve Jobs said this), not everyone is going to need them. Most things people do with a PC such as word, emails and web browsing can be done on a smart phone or tablet.

That said, soon it won't be uncommon for people to use multiple RAM and CPU guzzlers like Adobe programs and CAD all at the same time.
