My name's La Guardia Cross. I make music, art, film, and I co-created 2 baby girls with my wife, Leah.

New Father Chronicles began in November of 2014 when my daughter Amalah was 1-week-old. I had no idea what I was doing, so I decided to chronicle my journey on YouTube and make fun of myself along the way. Our 2nd daughter, Nayely, was born in April of 2017.

My channel is filled with the silly adventures I have with my girls, infant and toddler interviews, my interpretations of their babble, silly skits, and the things I've learned or unlearned as a parent. Sometimes Leah and I mix it up a bit and share some pretty personal moments as well. Why? Well, we're far from perfect and we've learned a lot from our mistakes.

It doesn't end in early childhood. I was 14 and woke to what appeared to be light shining thru a small hole in ceiling above my bed. I thought someone was in the attic drilling a hole to watch me. In a cold sweat I slid out of bed as quietly as I could and crawled over to my little sisters bed. The blue light still glowing ominously over my bed. I hoarsely whispered we were in danger. ..and she yelled shut up! I finally found the courage to turn on the light and found...
A lightning bug was on my ceiling.

One late night I was sleeping, when I felt a presence suddenly in my room. I opened my eyes and met these small eyes staring at me.
Lawd I was so afraid, I couldn't move, my heart was beating hard, I was thinking about who is that little person and how they got here. I was praying and getting ready to die, then my eyes adjusted and I saw it was my daughter lol. She made no noise and raise her arms to get in the bed.
Man, I was ready to meet the Maker. She was three then, lol.
