The Houston Rockets are somehow the hottest team in the NBA. Despite being seemingly out of the playoff race, the Rockets have closed down the gap with the Warriors for the 10th seed and are on the verge of miraculously the Play-In Tournament. All this despite missing Alperen Sengun. In Sengun's absence, Jalen Green has taken the reigns of the offense and he has the Rockets taking off.

Al-P and Green are both getting those extensions and off season is gonna be about getting them in sync. The win streak right now is amazing, but media is overlooking how important sengun is in the games with a dominant big on the opponents team.

Rockets have beaten the Nuggets in 4 of the last 5 match ups. Having a big as versatile as Al-P who can create problems for Joker is what makes or breaks you in the West.

Ime has turned this team around in year one and I feel confident he’s gonna be able to find an offensive scheme that plays off Jalen and Al-P’s strengths

Let’s go! As a Rockets fan, I was waiting for this video! I don’t know what they’re cooking, but it’s not just Jalen Green cooking, although he’s doing amazing! Jock Landale has really impressed me, a previously 2.6 point per game scorer has had 17 in 2 games. Amen Thompson has absolutely popped off, having 25 pts and 10 rebounds in 2 games. I like that the role players who don’t get as many minutes are getting the opportunity, and not letting it go to waste! 🚀🔥

It’s a win/win for Adam Silver cuz if you remember ppl didn’t think the play-in tournament was a good idea at first … its whole purpose was to keep the bottom tier teams from tanking the last 2 months of the season so they still felt like they had something to play for … fast forward to today and mission accomplished cuz the rockets are clearly looking to compete
