Gracias for the video. We’ve felt crushed all week since our plan was to go for the Golden Visa by purchasing a home in Caceres and a summer place in Galicia. Most foreign investors aren’t interested in regions like Extramadura. 😢

Excellent video. However I am already almost closing on an apartment in BCN. Should I rush to apply for golden visa? Also, for non-lucrative visa don't you need to live in the country for 6 months which means you are subject to wealth tax?
