I believe we have conclusively proven now that the highest AC achievable in Dungeons & Dragons is the friends we made along the way.

That +1 you're looking for, comes from riding a Flying Chariot from Theros. Which gives riders a +1 bonus to AC.
Or if you classify "have to be moving", make yourself the creature pulling it, still get the +1

Having a Grave Domain friend would mean even if that Tarrasque rolls a 20 it only deals normal damage. So, at least with that 5% chance of hitting it isn’t very damaging.

You can let a contingency spell containing a shield spell on you for when you get hit to get that extra +5 bonus

you missed giving them a shield guardian which grants a +2 bonus to ac. Otherwise everything else I can think of that isn't technically homebrew such as items that would boost stats other than str into up to 30 nothing or requires attunement which we have run out of.

Hey, great video! If I may, I think I found some other ways to pump up the AC.

Itens:
Banner of the Krieg Rune (SKT) gives a +1 AC as you place the banner as a ritual (Gift of Battle)
Flying Chariot (MOT) given another +1 AC to the rider.

You didn't mention Artifact, so I guess you could exchange the Staff of Power wich gives +2 AC to the Wand of Orcus (DMG) wich gives +3 AC and still benefit from the Dual Wielder Feat.

So, adding they all together, we have another +3 AC total.

Wild magic barbarian has a chance of increasing its and any ally within 10ft of it’s AC by +1 if you roll good on the surge table
