In this 15 Minute Full Body Kettlebell Workout For Beginners, Master Kettlebell Coach Marcus Martinez takes us through some simple variations of the kettlebell clean, kettlebell squat, and kettlebell press. This simple kettlebell workout is perfect for learning the fundamentals of kettlebells.

This course is designed to achieve safe and effective performance of basic kettlebell movements and a handful of meaningful variations that will elevate your skills. No kettlebell experience is required to take this course. Choose from virtual or live virtual events! After this course you should be able to demonstrate the following:

-Safety 101 to keep yourself and your client from harm

-Why it's important to focus on the breath

-Our favorite mobility warmup and screening

-How to prepare for the rigors of kettlebell work

-The hinge leading into the deadlift and variations

Enjoyed the workout! Would love to know if there is a slow motion video on the clean so that a person can get the movement correct. I use kettlebells at the gym - generally with the swing or goblet squat. However, I constantly bang my wrist with the bell - using only a 15lb bell at the moment. Is there a trick to not hit the wrist every time it comes over your hand? Other than that - I loved the simplicity of the workout and how you showed the progressions. Will definitely come back and visit this workout & explore others on your page. A friend just introduced me to your workouts - so I am a happy camper! :)

I’m just getting into KBs, trying to figure out the colors. Are they universal? I have some that have yellow rings around the handle bases, but they aren’t as big as yours that are all yellow. What weight is the one your using in this video?

Recording Workout - I'm a beginner and this is perfect for me - good Pace and using 8kg KB.

edit: after 3rd time i sped it up a bit ... did a little more than the 30seconds ... also finished w 100KB Swings w 8kg ... felt great!!!

Thank you for this video. I want to say, however, that one (beginner) should NEVER use the same kettlebell for lower body and over head moves. The macho man may very well hurt themselves. Please change the video title.
