The dragon play could happen without hacking in high elo. Because Evelyn ping there to join to get Herald but she didn’t go straight, she waited on its jungle. So, it’s was possible to image that some teamfight would happen on Herald. And he decided to make dragon.
But after you show on replay the blind shots, it’s was clear he’s using map hacking.

Got stuck in D3 as I get nothing but awful teams.

I hate the cheaters as well, but I think that worst than cheaters is the afk people or matchmaking sistem of the game.
Both issues could be resolved by rito gomes, and they did nothing....
I'm suport like you (not like you, I would like be like you...), And soloQ like you.
I recently found a good adc to qualify with and the games become a New World to me.
If rito gomes wanted, it was so easy. If you are afk in a game, 4 marks less for you, to add them to other players in your team.
Only with this, afk ussue solved...
But I think rito gomes dont want that...
I learned a lot because of you, follow like this pkease...

I wasn't convinced at first because everytime Caitlyn shows up in the map we can assume Karma is somewhere close but what gave it away is his overconfidence of roaming the map especially with an enemy Lee Sin and not using wards the whole game.
