What if 'The Empire' existed in 1936. Basically a maxed fascist imperial federation. I'm pretty sure some special care needs to go into getting India to join.

USA can join by being part of the dominion of north America, if Portugal goes monarchist they can own Brazil, which if Spain goes monarchist as well they can core that Portugal, which can be cored by France in the monarchist tree as well.

Once France has the cores for Spain Portugal and Brazil, you can fire the "Franco British union event (I'd recommend doing this before forming the federation) for cores on all of it.

Finally Germany, the Benelux, and Italy can be annexed and the 'realize European unity' event can be triggered.

I would like to see how ai Japan, china, and USSR handle the massive superpower in the world
